The Home Director is a full-time, paid position, and they will provide Christ-centred leadership by upholding the home’s mission, vision, and values while overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance with policies and standards.

Volunteers extend Christ’s love by serving in practical, relational, and spiritual ways. Opportunities include mentoring residents, providing childcare, leading life-skills or Bible classes, preparing meals, assisting with chores, transportation, and administrative or event support.
